Passport Application – If you are unable to provide a guarantor for your passport application, then you can make a Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor. Our firm may administer the Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor and certify your photographs for your passport application, as required by the federal government. You are also required to submit certain documents to support your identity. You may submit originals or certified copies. Sangani Law Firm can certify your copies when you do not have a guarantor. The passport application and Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor form should be completed, but not signed and dated before you visit our office. Please note that the Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor form is not included in the standard passport application and must be obtained by you from the passport office before you come to our office.
